Free: Creating a Safe Place for Connection & Regulation w/ Brightways Learning via Zoom

October 18, 2024

Self-regulation is crucial in fostering healthy relationships and promoting physical, behavioral,
and emotional well-being. Developing self-regulation and cultivating healthy relationships can
help students more effectively engage and succeed in the classroom, school, and broader
community.

During this engaging session, you will elevate your self-awareness to create purposeful, calm,
and safe environments where everyone feels respected and supported. You will learn to engage
and provide intentional relational interactions that respect individual boundaries, buffer
adversity, and mitigate trauma.

Using our “Regulated & Ready Quick Reference Guide,” you will have the chance to practice
some proven regulation techniques that you can use with students and for yourself.
You'll leave feeling inspired to embrace the power of co-regulation to cultivate thriving students
and a safe learning environment!
