Cultivating Behavior-Ready Schools: A 6-Session Leadership Development Series
with Pathways to Inclusive Education's Kelly Miller (
Autism and Behavior Specialist)

Virtual workshops ⏰ 3:45–4:45 PM
📅 February 4, 2026 • February 18, 2026 • February 25, 2026
📅 March 4, 2026 • March 11, 2026 • March 18, 2026

Workshop Overview
Administrators often lose valuable time responding to unexpected student escalations—yet most have received little formal training in behavior. This six-part virtual series provides practical, actionable strategies to strengthen schoolwide behavior systems, staff support, and positive school culture. Each one-hour session builds on the last, blending leadership reflection, research-based strategies, and implementation tools that can be used immediately.

Bio: Kelly Miller
Kelly Miller is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Autism Consultant with more than two decades of hands-on experience across mental health and school settings. She specializes in helping educators expand their instructional repertoires to include not only academic supports, but also social, emotional, and behavioral systems that strengthen student success.

Kelly is known for her practical, classroom-embedded approach—coaching educators, modeling strategies in real time, and equipping teams with tools that create immediate, positive behavior momentum. Her workshops emphasize inclusive practices and empower teachers with a “take-away toolkit” of evidence-based strategies they can apply right away to reclaim valuable learning time.
