The Mandt System re-certification training

The MANDT System® is a relationship-based training program that equips staff with the knowledge and skills to build healthy workplace relationships, prevent crises, and respond effectively when challenging behaviors occur.
This recertification training is designed for participants who have previously completed the full MANDT certification course and need to renew their credentials. The session provides a review of core concepts, updates on best practices, and opportunities to practice both verbal de-escalation strategies and physical safety techniques in a safe, supportive environment.
Participants will:
Who Should Attend: Staff members whose MANDT certification is expiring and who are required to maintain up-to-date training for their role.

- Refresh their understanding of the MANDT philosophy and trauma-informed practices.
- Revisit key skills for prevention, de-escalation, and crisis response.
- Demonstrate competency in approved physical interventions, if applicable.
- Renew their certification to remain current with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Who Should Attend: Staff members whose MANDT certification is expiring and who are required to maintain up-to-date training for their role.

Registration Fees
- $249 per person – Includes both Mandt Relational and Mandt Technical recertification.
Free Registration Available
Thanks to funding from our Stop School Violence grant, registration is free if you:
- Work for a school district that is a member of the Montana Small Schools Alliance (MSSA)
- Work on an Indian Reservation
- Work in a Class C school district
