Virtual: The Mandt System® – Relational Level Training

Join us for this interactive virtual training on The Mandt System® Relational Level, a foundational component of The Mandt System's comprehensive, integrated approach to building healthy relationships, preventing conflict, de-escalating challenging situations, and creating safe, supportive environments.
The Relational Level focuses on understanding how our interactions impact others and teaches practical strategies for developing positive relationships that reduce the likelihood of crises. Participants will learn evidence-based approaches to communication, relationship-building, conflict prevention, and de-escalation that can be applied in schools, human service organizations, and community settings.

Ashley Campbell, BCBA
Ashley Campbell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and MTPLC's Behavior & School Safety Support Specialist. She earned undergraduate degrees in Special Education and Psychology from Montana State University and a master's degree in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Ashley has extensive experience supporting schools through behavior consultation, staff training, positive behavior interventions, school safety initiatives, classroom management, and systems-level support. Her work emphasizes proactive, relationship-based practices that help educators build positive school climates, support student success, and respond effectively to challenging behaviors. Ashley is passionate about equipping educators with practical strategies that strengthen relationships and create safer, more supportive learning environments.
