The Mandt System is a comprehensive, integrated approach to preventing, de-escalating, and if necessary, intervening when the behavior of an individual poses a threat of harm to themselves and/or others.
July 31, 2025 8:00-4:00pm Relational
Part I: Mandt Relational Training (capped at 20 participants)
This is the foundation and a requirement for a technical certificate. Relational Training is an all day training with a cap of 20 participants.
August 01, 2025 8:00 AM - 4: 00 PM Part II: Technical/Re-Certification (capped at 10 participants)
This second day of the training encompasses the physical assists. In order to take the Technical training, you must have completed the Relational training.
Recertification training encompasses the physical skills as well as some newly added relational skills. Additionally, prior to the day of this course, you will be required to complete online written assessments for both the relational and technical portions. In order to re-certify you must have been fully certified in Mandt Relational and Technical training within the past year and not have an expired certification."

- $225 per person
1. You work for a school district that is a member of the Montana Small Schools Alliance (MSSA)
2. You work on an Indian Reservation.
3. You work in a Class C school district.
