Designed for Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Principals, Federal Programs Directors, Business Managers, and District Leaders, this eight-part virtual series provides practical guidance for administering federal education programs while strengthening compliance, fiscal stewardship, program effectiveness, and long-term sustainability.
Participants will leave each session with actionable tools, resources, templates, and implementation strategies that can be immediately applied within their districts.

Jack O'Connor brings more than 25 years of experience in federal education programs and school improvement. During his 18 years with the Montana Office of Public Instruction, he served as State Title I Director, School Improvement Unit Manager, and Private School Ombudsman. A former President of the National Association of ESEA State Program Administrators, Jack is recognized nationally for his expertise in federal program compliance, monitoring, implementation, and continuous improvement.
