Join us for an engaging professional learning series focused on implementing the UFLI Foundations framework and instructional routines to support effective foundational literacy instruction. This series is designed to provide educators with practical tools, structured routines, and collaborative opportunities to strengthen reading instruction and student outcomes.
Participants will engage in hands-on learning, guided practice, and collaborative discussion centered on the UFLI Foundations Toolbox and instructional resources. In addition to workshop sessions, consultation meetings will provide continued support for implementation, reflection, and problem-solving in practice.

- Explore the components and instructional routines of UFLI Foundations
- Develop understanding of explicit and systematic literacy instruction
- Practice implementation strategies using UFLI instructional materials and routines
- Strengthen phonics and foundational reading instruction through hands-on activities
- Collaborate with peers to support classroom application and problem-solving
- Receive ongoing consultation and implementation support following workshop sessions
